Ceylon Cinnamon Restaurant founded in 2006 in Cambridge and later established in Kingsbridge in 2022. The restaurant brings an authentic taste of Sri Lanka to the heart of the community.

I’ve spent nearly 4 years working and living in Salcombe, a lot of my days are spent walking around the Salcombe. I never get tired of how beautiful it is and It’s really exciting to see so many emerging independent cafe and bar flourishing.

One thing I have yet to find is an independent Sri Lankan café which cooks the food I had at home when I was little and now cook for my own. Kitchen is born out of a wish to share that home cooking with others

Through rich flavours, aromatic spices, and vibrant dishes, we create an immersive dining experience. Enjoy our signature Sri Lankan curries, sambol, and a delightful selection of vegan and vegetarian meals, all crafted with passion and tradition. As a woman-led local business, we take pride in sharing the warmth and flavours of Sri Lanka with Kingsbridge.
